HD Cargo Sp. z o. o. with a registered office in Lodz, Poland, Pomorska Street 83/85 , under the art. 24 sec. 1 Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text Dz. U. of 2002, No 101, pos. 926, as amended.) informs, that it is an Administrator of personal data, that you have provided. This data, will be processes by HD Cargo Sp. z o. o. in order to take, at your request, all actions, that are necessary for performing activities, related to the range of services provided by HD Cargo Sp. z o. o. and for concluding agreements, and for marketing of products and services of HD Cargo Sp. z o. o. Your personal data can be transferred by HD Cargo Sp. z o. o. only to: entities cooperating with
HD Cargo Sp. z o. o. under the inner agreements, as well as to Polish Loan Information Office SA, Banking Register system, managed by Polish Bank Association with registered office in Warsaw, within the scope and purposes defined by The Banking Law Act, as well as to entities, that were given your consent, on processing personal data, if such consent was actually given.
HD Cargo Sp. z o. o. informs, that you have right to access and correct your personal data on the basis of art. 32 of Personal Data Protection Act. Providing your personal data is voluntary, however providing this data is a condition of performing activities within the scope of activities of the HD Cargo Sp. z o. o.
